Thank you for your interest in Pleasant Hill Adventist Academy.
Enclosed is an application and information about our school which may assist you in making your decision for the coming
academic year.
An in-person, video, or phone interview and testing is required for all new international students.
New international students are formally accepted pending interview with principal, receipt of
previous transcribed & evaluated academic record, completion of the SEVIS application (I-20),
health and immunization information, and all registration documents. Following receipt of your
application, additional financial forms will be mailed to you, and the school bulletin is expected
to be available for you to pick up in July.
• Please call ahead to schedule testing and arrange an interview. During summer hours our
available testing dates vary, but we will make every effort to arrange a time that is
convenient for you.
• We have also created a digital version of all necessary forms & posted them to our
website for you to complete from your computer. Click on Forms on the Academics
page. You may return the completed packet by mail, fax or email to
office@phaacougars.com.
• Please refer to the attached checklist for admission process.
